The renovation of one of the apartments in the Copan building, designed by the famous architect Oscar Niemeyer, stemmed from the desire to make it a point of observation and admiration for the urban landscape due to its elevated level. It also serves as a green refuge, contrasting with the city's vast grey skylines and appropriates Niemeyer's modernist curves to bring a more flexible possibility to a contemporary living.
